11:11 shows up with a new release on his Hallmark date with “The Night Before, The Morning After”.
The two-disk, fourteen track project packs a bunch of his greatest singles mixed in with eight new records as the emerging Toronto artist gives his fans exactly what they would expect today. Previously released singles date back as far as last year and he gives you all the goodies!
- Good Love
- All Year
- Me, Chanel & Jameson
- Call Me Daddy
- Treat
- Banger
Scattered across two discs, he also delivers eight new goodies headlined by a cohesive flow opening the project off with ‘Started With A Text’, an intro of sorts coming in at 1:30. Transitioning into ‘Six Flags’, 11:11 gives his vintage sound over heavy snares and bass as he compares his relationship to feelings you would get at an amusement park.
Still on side A, there is a single titled ’11:11PM’ which draws some 90’s inspiration from Usher, produced by the legendary Austin “Ayo” Owens, Theron Thomas and James “Keyz” Foye III – the same group that aligned for his hit ‘Banger’ in the summer, its a special track that doesn’t disappoint. It’s the perfect time for a night conversation to kick off as he slides into your DM’s as they prepare for a long night ahead.
It’s likely time to remove the ’emerging’ moniker from this artist as he has enough hits to be a household name, and teaming up with songwriters and producers with credits on Chris Brown, Rhianna, Usher, Saweetie and Cardi B, to name a few, its obvious this is his time.
