Houston R&B singer, songwriter Ejay Mallard publishes his latest single titled ‘Reparations’.
The emerging artist teams up once again with fellow H-Town artist MYND, previously collaborating on their dark single ‘Ruin Me’, as they cascade positive, smooth vibes for the summer time. The pair are looking back in the rear view mirror at former relationships that failed, taking lessons from lost love and learning from those events.
The song acts as a symbolic reflection musically for Ejay as well, as he looks back to his debut single ‘Traumatized’, seeing his growth as an artist over the past few years. He’s climbing out of a life surrounded by toxicity and drama, transforming those scars into healing through recovery.
Both Mynd and Ejay are working towards new projects with updates to come, but while we wait, tap in to the new wavy joint from two of Houston’s finest right here!
