Buzzing U.S. singer, songwriter, producer Geremiahhh shares new LP titled “Gx.”
The project is already his second full length studio album this year, seeing this one come on the heels of his January release “In For It”, on top of his SoundCloud exclusive EP “Crash” from March. Geremiahhh delivers on his highly anticipated release, sharing fourteen new records – and the growth is off the charts.
His energy on the release is unmatched, as he delivers multiple standout tracks, including the radio-ready ‘How We Fall’. The song is about speaking it into existence, as he describes how he’s gonna make her fall in love with him. She wants to wait until summer’s out before getting exclusive, but he just can’t get her off his mind. He also shines on ‘Green Eyes’. A seemingly continuation of ‘How We Fall’ as two lovers battle trying to get on the same page, as he wants to have the relationship progress, while she is more hesitant. What else can he do to make her join him on this journey? All he wants to do is love her, those Green Eyes take him places he’s never been before. Will she let him in?
Geremiahhh tells Music Group that the album is “more than just background noise. I put a lot of care and purpose into every sound I used, every snare, every kick drum, every melody, every word, every transition from song to song, etc. I want people to really hear it for what it is.” He didn’t do it alone though, bringing in additional support on the production side with SAMUDAI, Paul Fix, Dhyan Soni, Din0, AXEL and apo.
Geremiahhh explains the name for the project of “Gx.” as an alter-ego of his – a darker side to the real him, saying “I’ve always been a loner but quarantine amplified that and the way my music changed since then from what it used to be, I kinda had to give a name to what that feeling or stage in my life is/was.” He acknowledges that the journey to get here has been a long one based on a foundation of WORK. He’s immensely proud of the album and the progress he’s making. He wants it to serve as a reminder to not give up, “I want people to know there is so much power in believing in yourself, even if it seems delusional. I didn’t have a god-given gift for music, but I stuck with it because I loved it. Now, the big dreams that seemed delusional once, are getting closer to reality.”
