Maeta is back again with her new track titled ‘Toxic’.
Featuring BEAM, the song is an absolute stand out from start to finish with A-list of contributions from the production to the songwriting, Maeta is perfect as always with her airy vocals hitting her falsetto, with sexual reflections in the visual as she stares into the mirror rubbing herself up and down.
The two go back-and-forth on what they hate about each other, asking exclaiming “hate it when you talk like that / why you gotta act like that?” as they sing over a back drop of 80’s themed video-game bells backed by a nice electric guitar riff at the end of the single. Maeta hasn’t missed yet and its been a long run of singles seeing her teaming up with Ambre, James Fauntleroy and now BEAM, she is set for a trajectory headed straight to commercial success.
Don’t miss the new single and video attached right here and please circle back to her other songs and performances if this is your first exposure to Maeta (IG: @maetasworld).
