Malachiae publishes his long-awaited EP titled “Tales of a Playboy”.
“It’s been a long time coming” he announces just last week on IG that the drop is coming and he makes good on the date showing up everywhere under his self-titled Label ‘Chiae’. He last shared a project over 4 years ago but he’s still been active with singles and covers across his Soundcloud account.
He just dropped a banger single titled ‘Yumm’ two weeks ago which has been going crazy serving as the lead single as is definitely the strongest record on here. He draws inspiration from Usher’s Confessions from 2004 on his single ‘What If’ answering the call from his girl, explaining he is in the studio and he’ll have to call her back – followed by an admission of guilt with an justification saying he never meant to hurt her. He also revisits another Usher / Lil Jon gem with the same title ‘Lovers and Friends’ speeding up the keys and laying down his own lyrics.
The EP is loaded with sexual innuendo, sometimes a little over-descriptive, but the talent can never be questioned. He can be found on DSP under either Malachiae, or Chiae, or just click the Linktree here.
