The Legendary Ne-Yo publishes his latest project titled “Self Explanatory”.
The eighth studio album from the now 42-year-old is out and is his first official project in over four years (Good Man). Ne-Yo shares the thirteen-track project under his own label Shaffer Smith (his birth name) under Motown Records and features lead singles ‘What If’, ‘Don’t Love Me’, ‘Stay Down’ ft. Yung Bleu and his hit single from last year ‘U2’ featuring Jeremih. He also publishes the official video for his third single ‘You Got The Booty’ which made its premiere on June 24th.
Ne-Yo welcomes buzzing artist Zae France as a feature on the first track titled ‘Layin’ Low’ produced by REMO which perfectly sets the tone of the release. He goes back to his R&B roots on this project and the streaming numbers are supporting that this was a great move. Ne-Yo also features artists Trippie Redd on the project with ‘Push Up’.
