Trevor Jackson releases his new LP titled “The Love Language”.
Well, Trevor Jackson does it again on his new 14-track LP “The Love Language” giving fans another skip-free album. Fronted by his two lead singles ‘Just Friends’ (video out) and ‘Get To You’, Trevor delivers his raw and emotional brand of R&B that will get you in your feels.
Starting off with the Aristocrats-produced single ‘Love Don’t Change’, Trevor strips it all back on this authentic gem which has Trevor dodging everything that comes at him knowing one thing for sure, that her Love won’t change. Although the project doesn’t feature any additional singers, there are a collection of upper echelon producers that give the goods from AYO, BiznessBoi, Hendrix, The UnderDogs and more! The standout joint for us is the self-love-celebrated ‘Be Yourself’, a two-and-a-half minute song that Trevor sings about just being yourself, and it doesn’t matter what she does, she’ll never make everyone happy so just do you. “You keep on falling in love / in all the wrong places / now you’re fuckin’ with drugs / you know your mama hates that shit / I’m not gonna be the one to judge you / cuz I remember when I was you”.
Trevor last gave a full length project in the Summer of 2019 with “Rough Drafts, pt 2” and his new offering is being well-received. There really isn’t a bad song on here, so if you’re into R&B music, you’re in for a great weekend enjoying this one. Press play right here.
